Scope of work The agreed service may use coaching, mindset and subconscious-pattern work, meditation, hypnosis or hypnotherapy as appropriate. Quyên will explain the proposed method and check your consent before using it. This agreement includes written consent information for those methods and optional recording.

1 Agreement and service

1.1 The Provider agrees to supply the service identified in the Service Schedule, and the Client agrees to these terms.

1.2 One Loop Map is a focused package comprising a 90-minute private online session, a written map and a 20-minute follow-up. The Client brings one situation affecting work, earning, a professional move or the personal circumstances supporting those areas. Together, the parties examine the circumstances, recurring patterns, beliefs, responses and available options, identify a useful priority, and work through a practical next step.

1.3 Any ongoing private work, additional session, written analysis, custom resource or other service must be agreed in a separate written Service Schedule, proposal, booking confirmation or invoice.

2 Nature and limits of the work

2.1 The Provider offers education, structured inquiry, pattern literacy, decision support and developmental work. The Client remains the author of their decisions and actions.

2.2 The work may include coaching, practical strategy, mindset and subconscious-pattern work, guided meditation, visualisation, hypnosis, hypnotherapy or Rapid Transformational Therapy where appropriate. Quyên will use methods within her training and competence, explain a proposed method and check your agreement before using it. Hypnosis used within this agreed service does not require you to purchase a separate standalone hypnotherapy session.

2.3 ASU’s wider work is education and human development. Hypnotherapy may be used within this session where appropriate; it is not medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, legal or financial advice, or crisis support. Obtain qualified professional care where your circumstances require it.

2.4 No particular personal, relational, health, financial, career or business outcome is promised or guaranteed.

How the methods are used

Quyên is a trained RTT practitioner. Hypnosis uses focused attention, guided relaxation, imagery and agreed suggestions to support the goal you have chosen. Meditation and subconscious-pattern work may help explore beliefs, habits and automatic responses. The method, intended purpose, relevant risks and alternatives will be discussed before use. An alternative may be coaching and practical work without hypnosis, another suitable professional, or not proceeding.

You remain able to speak, refuse a suggestion, open your eyes and ask to stop or change the exercise. Participation is voluntary. You do not have to accept hypnosis in order to receive the other agreed coaching or practical support.

Reflective or hypnosis work can bring up difficult feelings, upsetting images or discomfort. Responses and benefits vary; improvement is not guaranteed. If you become distressed, tell Quyên so the work can pause or change. The service does not establish whether a remembered or imagined event happened: material arising in hypnosis is not proof of a historical event and will not be presented as verified fact.

Hypnosis and meditation should take place in a safe, private setting. Do not use a hypnosis or relaxation recording while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention. Do not stop medication or other treatment because of this work; discuss treatment changes with the qualified professional responsible for your care.

3 Suitability and client responsibilities

3.1 The service is for adults aged 18 years or over who can understand this agreement and give their own consent. It is not emergency or crisis care.

3.2 Please tell Quyên about relevant health conditions, current treatment, medication, significant distress or support needs that may affect suitability. Hypnosis will not be used during active psychosis. If a proposed method is unsuitable or outside Quyên’s competence, she will adapt the work, pause it or recommend a suitable professional.

3.3 The Client will provide information honestly, identify material limitations or support needs, attend from a reasonably private and safe place, and avoid attending while materially impaired by alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

3.4 The Client is responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any discussion. The Client must consider their own circumstances, professional advice, legal duties, safety and foreseeable consequences.

4 Fees, payment and booking

4.1 The total fee for the One Loop Map package described in Service Schedule A is AUD $330. No additional fee is charged for the included written map or follow-up.

4.2 Payment is made through Stripe or another agreed payment route. You may pay when booking or during a conversation with Quyên and receive this Agreement afterwards. Acceptance is required before the service begins. The written terms must reflect the service and price offered; payment does not automatically accept new terms sent later. If you and ASU cannot agree the terms before work begins, ASU will refund the amount paid for that undelivered service.

4.3 Fees for ongoing private work will be stated in the relevant Service Schedule or proposal before the Client commits.

4.4 The Provider may use Stripe, Google Calendar or another disclosed service provider to process payment and bookings.

5 Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

5.1 The Client may reschedule each included appointment once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice through the booking system or by email. If the Client cancels the package at least 24 hours before the main session and work has not begun, the Provider will refund the fee. After delivery begins, cancellation is handled under clause 5.4.

5.2 If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, or does not attend, the Provider may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting work already supplied and actual loss caused by the late change. Any deduction must take account of costs avoided and replacement bookings, must not duplicate charges, and must not exceed the prepaid fee. The Provider will explain the deduction and refund any balance. Exceptional circumstances may be considered. Consumer rights under clause 5.5 remain available.

5.3 If the Provider cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement time, the Client may choose a full refund or credit.

5.4 Either party may end remaining work by written notice. ASU will refund the amount prepaid, less the reasonable value of work already supplied and any reasonable, actual non-recoverable loss that may lawfully be retained. Deductions must be explained and must not duplicate charges under clause 5.2. This Agreement creates no automatic renewal.

5.5 Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6 Session delivery and communication

6.1 Sessions are delivered online using the platform stated in the booking confirmation.

6.2 The Client is responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, privacy and the physical safety of their location.

6.3 The written map will be emailed within two business days after the main session. It records the situation, working interpretation, priority and agreed next step; it is not a clinical assessment. The 20-minute follow-up reviews what happened when the Client used the map and any useful adjustment. The Provider will offer follow-up times within two weeks after the main session. If the Client cannot attend within that period, the parties will agree an alternative date. Messages between appointments are for administration unless additional support is agreed in writing.

6.4 The Provider does not provide continuous monitoring, emergency response or guaranteed response times.

7 Confidentiality

7.1 Information shared in the service is confidential. ASU uses it to deliver and administer the agreed work and review its quality, subject to this Agreement and the Privacy Collection Notice.

7.2 Confidential information may be disclosed where the Client gives consent, where disclosure is required or authorised by law, to professional advisers or service providers bound by appropriate obligations, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to a serious threat to life, health or safety as permitted by law.

7.3 The Provider will not publish the Client’s story, testimonial, identifiable case material or raw conversation without separate express consent.

7.4 De-identified learning or pattern data may be used only where it cannot reasonably identify the Client and where any additional consent required by law has been obtained.

8 Privacy and sensitive information

8.1 The Provider may collect personal information and, where relevant, sensitive or health-related information supplied by the Client. The attached Privacy Collection Notice explains the purposes, disclosures, access and complaint process.

8.2 By accepting this Agreement, you consent to ASU collecting and using relevant personal and sensitive information you choose to supply, including health or treatment information needed to assess suitability, adapt the methods and provide the agreed work. The Privacy Collection Notice describes the information, purposes, recipients and storage. Quyên will explain any additional sensitive information requested and why it is needed. You may decline unnecessary disclosure or withdraw consent for future collection or use; ASU will explain any effect on delivering the service and any lawful recordkeeping requirements.

8.3 ASU uses Webflow for agreement acceptance and Google Workspace for records, Google Calendar and Stripe for bookings and payment, and the meeting platform stated in your booking confirmation. Providers may process information outside Australia. ASU will restrict access to what is needed and notify you of any material change affecting your information. Payment details are processed by the payment provider.

8.4 The Client should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email or forms.

9 Session recording and AI

9.1 Sessions are normally recorded in audio or video for Quyên to review the work and for you to review your own session. This Agreement records your written permission for those purposes. Quyên will ask you to confirm permission before recording begins at each session. Recording starts only if you agree then. You may say no, request a pause or withdraw permission during the session, and the agreed service will continue without recording.

9.2 When a session is recorded, ASU will share a private recording link with you, normally within two business days. Access is limited to you, Quyên and technical providers needed to store and deliver it. ASU will keep its recording copy for up to 12 months after the session, or after a longer container ends, then delete it unless a longer period is required by law or separately agreed. You may ask for earlier deletion, subject to lawful recordkeeping requirements. Deleting ASU’s copy does not delete copies you have downloaded.

9.3 This permission does not authorise public posting, testimonials, teaching other clients, research publication, AI transcription or model training using identifiable session content. Those uses require additional specific agreement. You may use your recording privately for review; neither party may publish the other person’s identifiable contribution without their consent.

9.4 AI is not a required part of this service. ASU will not upload identifiable session notes, recordings or client information to an AI system without explaining the proposed system, purpose and data handling and obtaining specific permission first. Declining optional AI use does not affect access to the agreed human service.

10 Intellectual property and permitted use

10.1 The Provider retains ownership of ASU frameworks, methods, prompts, teaching language, worksheets, templates, recordings and other materials supplied or used in the service.

10.2 The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for their own learning and application.

10.3 The Client must not sell, publish, distribute, reproduce at scale, teach as their own, licence, reverse engineer, or use ASU materials to train an artificial intelligence system without written permission.

10.4 The Client retains ownership of their own pre-existing materials, personal information and original content.

11 Professional boundaries and refusal of service

11.1 The Provider may pause, decline or end a service where the requested work falls outside scope, creates an unmanaged safety or legal risk, involves abuse or harassment, creates a conflict of interest, or cannot be delivered competently.

11.2 If the Provider ends prepaid work, the Provider will refund the unused portion. Any deduction for a Client’s breach must reflect reasonable, actual loss, be lawful and be explained; the Provider will not automatically retain all prepaid fees.

11.3 Ending the service does not prevent the Provider from recommending a more suitable professional or service.

12 Liability

12.1 The Provider will perform the service with due care and skill.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the Agreement was made.

12.3 Any limitation in this Agreement operates only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

12.4 The Client acknowledges that personal, relationship, employment, business and financial decisions can involve factors beyond the Provider’s knowledge or control.

13 Complaints and dispute resolution

13.1 The Client may raise a concern by emailing admin@asuglobal.com.au. The Provider will acknowledge the concern and aim to respond substantively within 14 days.

13.2 The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If unresolved, either party may propose mediation before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent relief or a statutory remedy is required.

13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents the Client from contacting an applicable consumer, privacy or regulatory body.

14 General terms

14.1 This Agreement and Service Schedule A record the agreed service. They do not exclude applicable consumer rights or lawful remedies for representations made before booking. Additional or changed work requires a written agreement accepted by both parties.

14.2 A change to this Agreement must be in writing and accepted by both parties.

14.3 If a term is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms continue.

14.4 The Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to courts and tribunals with jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14.5 You may accept electronically by entering your full legal name and booking email and selecting the single acceptance checkbox. ASU will keep the agreement version, acceptance record and submission date and time, and send you a copy of the terms and your acceptance. A typed name and explicit acceptance may be used instead of a handwritten signature.
