The person behind ASU

Meet Quyên Pham.

I translate human complexity into clarity you can use.

I'm Quyên Pham, founder of ASU Global. My work grows from a journey of learning to navigate family, culture, migration and different working environments—and examining how those experiences shape the person we become.

The experience behind the work

Learning across lives, settings and systems.

My experience across Vietnam and Australia, working-class life, education and business ownership has brought me into settings with very different rules for belonging, responsibility and advancement. Alongside my studies in personal development, mindset, subconscious work and human psychology, this has shaped ASU’s central focus: how people develop within their circumstances—and how they gain the ability to shape those circumstances themselves.

A person can become excellent at meeting expectations without learning to negotiate them. They can provide for a family while struggling to build emotional connection, or recognise an unhealthy dynamic without knowing how to change their participation in it. ASU connects these gaps with the learning and practice needed to move forward. Through teaching and guided work, I help people develop the judgment, relational skills and practical strategies to negotiate responsibility, navigate conflict, pursue opportunities and build relationships in which care and independence can coexist.

The heart of ASU

Developing the whole person

Human development involves how we think, feel, make meaning, relate and act. These dimensions influence one another and develop through experience, relationships and the conditions around us.

Tình cảm, empathy and tenderness bring depth to care and connection. Judgment helps us understand circumstances and consider consequences. Practical capability helps us turn understanding into action. Responsibility and accountability help us recognise our impact and learn from it.

This understanding guides my work at ASU. I help people understand what has shaped them, develop the capacities their lives now require, and cultivate relationships and conditions that support their growth. The work strengthens their ability to give and receive care, find purpose, create value and navigate family, work and wider life with agency.

Tình cảm is a Vietnamese term for feeling, affection and emotional connection. Here it names the warmth, care and goodwill through which people and life matter to us, including kindness between strangers. ASU includes this emotional depth in developing the whole person.

Integrity. Clarity. Sovereignty.

A body of work, with a person behind it.

I'm building ASU through teaching, writing and guided application across personal development, relationships, parenting and leadership.

One Loop Map brings this approach into focused work with individuals and teams. ASU's public teaching offers a way to encounter the ideas and the judgment behind them.

Let's find the right conversation.
